Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2011 ABHP Minority Health Conference and Annual Meeting. Please use the information below to learn about the conference registration process.

Please Note:  Payments to ABHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.  Only additional donations to the ABHP Research and Education foundation are tax deductible.

 

 

Confirmations
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, ABHP will send you a meeting confirmation.  Please check your confirmation to verify all of the activities for which you have registered.

 

How to Register
Registration for the conference is easy and can be accomplished in one of 3 ways:

Credit Card Payment

  2. Register online: Click here to register and pay the registration fees.

Check or Money Order

    3.  Mail the Registration Form with a check or money order payable to the ABHP to 13 Beauvoir Court, Rockville, MD 20855-1250

Meet and network with the attendees on Friday, May 20, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Don't miss this opportunity to meet new friends and renew old acquaintances while enjoying refreshments.

Register by April 23rd  and save!  Pre-registration is strongly advised, however, you can register on-site. Full registration includes attendance at all continuing education sessions, course materials, all food functions, refreshment breaks, and professional exhibits. Payment for registration must be in U.S. dollars and may be paid by check drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to ABHP. MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express are also accepted for payment. Hours
Please visit the registration desk at the Renaissance Hotel to register for the conference. The registration desk will be open the following times:

Friday, May 20,          8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 21      7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 

Cancellations
To receive a full-meeting refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before May 7 (postmark or fax date).  Written cancellations postmarked or faxed May 8- through May 19 will be subject to a $50 handling charge.  Refunds will be issued only for cancellations postmarked or faxed before May 20.
